SUMMER CAMPSHERITAGE PARKIN THE SCHOOLSON STAGEPIONEER TOWN

SUMMER CAMPS 2008

CRYSTAL COVE July 28th to August 1st | 9 AM - 1 PM

This camp promises to engage, enlighten & educate for a whole week but most importantly your child will have fun with hands on activities learning about the Indians and the environment. They’ll weave baskets, make Indian games, make gourd rattles, paint rock art, carve soapstone, make arrowheads, make shell necklaces, make and paint with yucca paint brushes and even make Indian rope!

Campers will have lunch at the beach everyday & sing songs, play clapper sticks and meet friends. This camp stands alone as the only beach camp that brings the local history to the finger tips of your child. Perfect camp for siblings ages 5-11.

This camp is calling all artists because it will include learning to draw the beautiful Pelican coastal line and the ocean with dolphins and whales. Orange County has a beautiful history and it began with the Acjachemen Indians. Come join the fun. This is a camp your child will always remember!
